Mya's Surgery

Friday my son and I took my dog to the park. She was running around and she randomly yelped and now wont put pressure on her back leg. After a long and painful day at the vet, we found out Mya has a torn ligament in her knee. With her size, age, and how active she is, the vet said surgery is required. She can live with this if we have her on pain medications 24/7 but she won't live a normal life. The pain medications are roughly $42 a month. If we can't afford surgery, it will most likely happen to the other leg which would eventually lead to putting her down. This surgery will cost close $4000 and we are devistated! This will be just another obstacle in life that we will get over but this truely has made a huge impact on our family. She's only 3 and has so much life left. I can't continue to watch her suffer when somthing can be done. We made financial arrangements with the Jefferson Vetrinary Clinic and can make monthly payments after we put down the first $1500. At this point I am begging for ANY help!? ANYTHING helps!
