Jennifer Nunez underwent triple bypass surgery in June of 2020. Unfortunately, five years have passed, and she is now facing another triple bypass surgery, which has been scheduled for June 10th at Slidell Memorial Hospital. Jennifer was born on November 11, 1964, in Slidell. She has resided in the Diamondhead community in Mississippi for the past 20 years, where she has been employed by the Diamondhead Country Club for the last 16 years. Jennifer now faces an extended period of recovery following her upcoming surgery, which will limit her ability to maintain full-time employment in the upcoming months. We are seeking the assistance of Jennifer's many friends, family, and those who Jennifer has touched with her pleasant and caring presence within the community and her workplace.

Jennifer has an immediate need for the expected $2,600 out-of-pocket cost for her June surgery to cover medical expenses and deductibles not covered by her insurance. We are also seeking to raise an additional $36,000 to help cover her living expenses over the 12 months following the procedure, including rent, utilities, insurance, vehicle payments, and food, in order to ensure that she is able to take the time necessary for a full recovery and return to good health.
