Please help me with medical bills

My name is Colin, I recently purchased en e-bike and I've been cycling for 25 years (very experienced). Long story short my front wheel decided to come off randomly (malfunction) while I was going 40+ MPH and I face planted onto solid asphalt. Been to the hospital multiple times since then to re-stritch my lip that was hanging by a thread after I ripped off asphalt from my musctache. Then a few more times for nuerological follow ups. Oh yeah and they gave me absolutely no pain meds beside tylenal.....the entire time.

I woke up 6 min later with an acute concussion in a puddle of blood... Everyone around me couldn't beleive I was alive.....didn't know who or where I was which has been happenning over the llast two weeks. So its been two weeks and my typing is finally coming back to normal along with my memory etc. But Still memory is about a 5/10 (I feel so dumb) and pain about 8/10 in the morning and night.

I got 150-200 stitches front nose to lower jaw, my 3 front teeth are almost non exhistant and my whole body feels like it got beat up by the Hulk. I can barely make it day by day but can't give up or else I won't be able to survive.

I don't have dental insurance and last time I got work it cost me about 15k to get it done and took 3 years. All I'm asking is for some help to cover my dental bill and possibly medical bills if somehow insurance denies me coverage. I have to get this dentist thing fixed ASAP as my teeth look like the guy in the Goonies.
