Help for Amy

Hi everyone, I hope you all are enjoying the coming Spring weather and season. Unfortunately, I come to you in a time of hardship. My beloved wife and mama to our three beautiful girls, Amy Fairbairn, is currently at Danbury Hospital due to an exacerbated asthma attack, complications from pneumonia and a pulmonary disorder. She was admitted last Friday. The progress has been slow, but she is now stable and on oxygen. The doctors have been able to keep her off any invasive ventilation so far which is a pretty big concern so they are patiently monitoring her pulse oxygen levels.
We know that she is in the best place, with excellent care but it has been very hard here at home too with our three girls needing their mama. I am also trying to arrange for care to get the girls to and from school, visit their mom and go to their activities because I really need to go back to work. And I really, really need my wife, my soul mate to get better and come home.
Unfortunately this couldn't have come at a worse time. Which is why I am reaching out to you all now. This is very difficult for our family to do as we have tried so hard to not burden anyone or ask for help.
In December Amy and I were dropped from our health insurance plan. Our girls were able to stay on, thank goodness, but her and I are no longer covered. It's a big mess of a story that has been extremely frustrating and challenging for us. Amy and I have been tirelessly trying to remedy the situation but have not been able to yet.
So we now turn to you guys, our family and friends for any help you can offer us. Whether it's financial or prayers, no amount is too small, every little bit will help.
Right now we are focused on getting her healthy, and hopefully recovering at home. We certainly don't know the entire cost yet of just being in the hospital but she's going to need help at home with oxygen and equipment and medications as well. We are really in need of a miracle here and even a small miracle would help.
All money raised will go directly to Amy's hospital bills, medical care, homecare, equipment, medications and any expenses related to her illness and hospitalization. Our goal is fluid as we face the reality of her needs and expenses.
