HELP MONICA GET HER SON BACK!

This is so heart wrenching to write about that there is simply no other option than to ask for help.  What has happened with Monica and her son, Matteo, is something her friends and loved ones would not ever imagine.  Monica has not seen Matteo in over 3 months. It is unfortunate to say that she is in a custody battle for the one person that she lives for and loves with all of her heart and soul.  Being away from her family in Italy and having no financial support to get through this litigation she will really need help at this time. 

The good news:  She has retained an experienced NY lawyer that came as a referral and has her full support. The bad news:  There is an upcoming court proceeding and to be able to continue with proper legal representation she will need to pay her lawyer and cannot afford it.  What she is up against is her ex trying to take full custody and drive Monica away back to Italy as she is not a US citizen.  It's terrifying, but what we are trying to do is raise money so that she at least has a chance to fight back!

These situations are never easy or pretty, but in this case it's just become completely unscrupulous, unethical and a mother's worst nightmare.
