Help victim of domestic violence

After moving across the country to be with the love of my life, her ex husband inflicted permanent damage to the home in a fit of rage, which is not covered by the insurance. Having 3 small toddlers, plumbing is vital and he is aware of this, but has a history of actively trying to hurt them all before. I begin working soon in my field but until then there's no way to get this rectified and it's an immediate need for safety and health reasons. We've dealt with every other need or emergency on our own but this was one that put us over the edge. Please share if you can, and remember that victims of domestic violence already deal with feeling shame for staying, for not leaving sooner, they may even feel shame for leaving. They shouldn't feel shame for needing help rebuilding their lives after a man has done everything in his power to try to tear her life apart. Financial abuse is a form of coercive control, and prevents women from leaving because they are unable to do even the smallest thing without permission to access their funds. This limits the ability to leave. This limits the ability to purchase groceries and feed the children. It's a nasty, cruel method of abuse and it takes a lot of time and money to recover.
