Hello everyone,
As some of you may know, our brother Zuriel was diagnosed with stage 2 cancer this past June. He underwent surgery this month to remove the tumor, which was successful. However, he will have to undergo chemotherapy for 3 months to treat the remaining cancer, starting at beginning of August.
Zuriel is a full-time student at Sacramento State, where he studies Computer Science and is employed as a student worker. He was planning on earning his degree in 2019. With the unexpected diagnosis, he had to take a break from school and has been unable to work. He will likely not be able to return to work until at least February of 2019. Unfortunately, short term disability does not provide full pay. With everyday necessities, medical copays, groceries, and rent, money will be tight for Zuriel.
Anyone who knows our brother will know he’s always willing to help everyone. Now is our chance to help him. Anything you can donate will be greatly appreciated.
