<div>David Lee Sr. and his beloved wife moved into this house in the early 1990s. David, a retired Army veteran who served in the Vietnam War, relocated from Los Angeles to Pasadena in hopes of creating a better environment for his wife and their children.

<div>This home became the cornerstone of their family, hosting countless gatherings and cherished memories. It was a place where their grandchildren, nieces, and nephews grew up and created bonds that would last a lifetime.

<div>David’s mother also lived with them for many years until her passing in 2010. Her ashes, a treasured part of the family’s legacy, were tragically lost in the fire. David faced another devastating loss in 2018 when his wife passed away from stage 4 lung cancer after 52 years of marriage. Her death deeply affected him, and he continues to struggle with the grief.
