<div>  Hey everyone! This is our dog Ellie!  She is our <strong>12-year-old terrier/lab mix</strong> that I have had since I rescued her as a puppy. I know that posts like these can seem like a dime a dozen, but I also believe that if you don't ask for help, you may never get any. I have never used GoFundMe before and I'm not too sure if this will amount to anything, but I had to try. This past year has been a medically busy year for her, putting it lightly. Starting off, she was diagnosed with pancreatitis at the start of 2025, which, while expensive, is also manageable. Then this past summer, her health continued to spiral.

<div>  She had the first (of many) ultrasounds, and it was discovered that she had growths formed in her liver. Monitoring and continued follow-up was scheduled with her specialist to check on the progress. This week was the scheduled follow-up with internal medicine to check her liver health. However, it was discovered she also has an irregular heart arrhythmia. Following the continued labs, ultrasounds, the ECG, the echocardiogram, and the continued medications, we have maxed out our finances with more to come.

<div>  On the surface, she is a happy, energetic 12-year-old dog (most folks think she's a puppy in passing). I know that 2025 has been hard on everyone for one reason or another. But if you are able to, for my girlfriend, myself, and our other dog, June, we would really appreciate any financial help you may be willing to spare. <strong>A little can go a long way towards helping Ellie have a happy, healthy, and comfortable time in her senior years.</strong> We would be forever grateful for any contributions you can give. She is my best buddy and I just want the best for her and for her to age peacefully.
