Shane and Kim had quite the surprise when they welcomed their bundles of joy a lot earlier then expected. Sawyer and Emarie came into the world at 26 week's old. This is going to be a long journey for everyone and there's going to be a lot of unpaid day's the parent's will be taking to provide care for these ANGEL'S!
