Help Donna Fight Cancer

December 21, 2017, My sister, my friend, Donna Davis was diagnosed with Stage 3 Cancer. Since the diagnosis, Donna has been unable to work. The reason I decided to start this campaign is to help relieve the stress of the numerous medical and daily living expenses. I want Donna to have energy to fight this cancer instead of worrying about how to pay the bills.
I’d like to share a little about Donna’s story. She wasn’t feeling well for over a year and had seen her doctors regularly. She happened to switch doctors and upon this doctors findings, she had to be sent to a oncologist surgeon. Shortly after she had a complete hysterectomy. Two weeks later, post-op, we were told she had stage 3 cancer and would need treatment. After a second opinion, Donna’s first treatment began on January 5, 2018. She is currently home from her 5th round and is feeling worse with each one. She seems to get weaker each time and it takes longer for her to feel better. She has one more round, then a CT scan, to see if it helped. If it goes as the doctor expects, Donna will then have 5 weeks of radiation treatment everyday. She wants to go back to work as soon as she can, but she needs time to gain back her strength.
Donna is a loving and giving person who is going through one of the hardest things anyone should have to. Please help her reach her goal, so she can concentrate on getting better.
