Friends of Mick Barnes

Mick Barnes was diagnosed with ALS about a year and a half ago. The diagnosis of this disease came less than one year after losing her husband of 24 years.  ALS is a degenerative muscle disease that has taken away Mick's ability to do everything she loves. Her passions are travel, art, and teaching. Her generous spirit and love for her students, her school, and her community have impacted all of us. She can no longer speak without the use of an iPad. Now she is in a wheelchair and in desperate  need of a handicap van.  We, the Friends of Mick Barnes, ask you to help her by making a donation to help someone who has helped so many. We have $15,000.00 to raise in three weeks! With everyone's help, WE CAN DO THIS!
