<div>Luz, or as she’s been known to us since high school, Gibby, was diagnosed with aggressive invasive mammary adenocarcinoma ductal/Grade III on December 5th, 2024. She is only 31 years old and has just started a new job in mid-August, so she is not eligible for FMLA and there is a huge possibility that she will not have a job to return to after recovery/treatments.

<div>Luz has started her breast cancer journey and has just undergone surgery to remove the tumor. After the tumor is analyzed for Oncotyping, stage of cancer will be determined and more details will be available for next steps regarding chemotherapy and radiation.
