Zoo School Class of '86 Gift

John Ball Zoo School Class of 1985-86 we need your help!  The recent passing of Mr. K has caused many of us to reconnect and reflect on the tremendous impact that our sixth grade year had on our lives.  For many of us, it was the single most influential year of learning and personal development in all of our years of education.  This profound impact was made possible through the leadership of our two incredible teachers, our beloved Miss V., and of course - the relationships and connections we made through the hands-on experiences of our outdoor classroom.

To honor the positive impact that Zoo School had on our lives, we want to give the school a "Class of '86 Gift" of "camping items/outdoor gear" in memory of Mr. K.  (We are working with the school to identify specific equipment and gear needs for outdoor adventures.)  Any funds not used directly towards camping equipment/outdoor gear will be donated to the school to support continued educational excellence for current and future generations of Zooies!

We hope to present this gift to the school at a spring memorial celebration that is currently being planned to honor Mr. K. (tentatively scheduled for May 10).  Thank you for your consideration in giving back to the school that gave so much to all of us!
