Help us keep our father home

My father is being accused of being involved in an illegal act that he had no idea he was even a part of. My father is a mechanic who was only fixing cars ( which is his job ) that as we found out now were apparently part of insurance fraud. We barely have enough to pay for the house rent. If they put him away for a year or more I don’t know how we would make it tbh. My father has always been our provider. He has a 4 year old granddaughter who has recitals coming up too. His heart aches to miss that. Judge says if he can come up with $10,000 within two months that he doesn’t have to be locked up for a year or two only on the weekends which will allow for him to work still and provide for his family. I currently turned 18 and work a retail job as it is flexible with my school. It is really hard for me to even make a big enough check for the house bills. I’m so desperate because I don’t want to see him go away for any sort of little mistake he didn’t know he was involved in. I also don’t want to give up my education to work full time so I am hoping God and others can help our family in this time. He is such a goofy and loving father. He doesn’t deserve this. He is always giving, always. Having him around will mean he can see my older sister graduate from a four-year (UC Santa Cruz—first generation) and allow me to continue school. Anything would help.
