Volunteer Trip To Guatemala

Wow!! I have the most incredible opportunity to help people in need!
In 2008 my friend and collegue, Dr. Brian Smith, founded a medical clinic to serve the people of Alta Verapaz, Guatemala. After years of hearing reports of Brian's monthly travels to his beloved clinic, I finally have the chance to help in person.
For a week in February I will work in Chisec (89 km North of the country's capitol, Guatemala City). I will assist docotors and have the honor to meet the people of this tremendously underserved region.
The funds I am raising will be spent on travel, time off from work and overstuffing a suitcase full of medical supplies! Any unused money will be donated directly to the clinic.
