At first, he had kidney cysts, and later, due to difficult circumstances and lack of follow-up, his condition worsened, leading to chronic kidney failure in both kidneys. Now, he needs a kidney transplant because his kidneys have stopped working. His potassium, creatinine, and phosphorus levels are extremely high, which is why the kidneys have stopped functioning.
Currently, he is undergoing dialysis in Yemen, but their financial situation is very difficult, and even dialysis is a huge challenge for them. They cannot afford to pay for it. One of his brothers might be able to donate a kidney, and they hope the transplant will take place in Egypt. They already have the cost for the flight ticket to Cairo.
