As you may already know I am the Human Resource Manager at Zelham, Inc. based out of Boise, ID.
Many of you already know that the company I work for renovates and remodels hotels across the country.
Steve is one of our star Superintendents that travels extensively throughout the country. This year right before Thanksgiving Steve was taken to the emergency room while working in San Antonio, TX. Steve is still there in the hospital, away from his home and family. Based on doctors’ recommendations (his doctor here and those there) Steve will move along much faster in his recovery if he stays in San Antonio versus coming home to Idaho, so that is what he is going to do.
With that decision of course, comes the challenge his family is facing which is going out there to visit and help care for him. So Steve has graciously agreed to allow me to set up a GoFundMe account to help with associated travel costs and lost wages that his family will continue to incur and experience while he is recovering.
Anything will help, and I assure all of you, because I have witnessed it firsthand that Steve is always one of the first to step up and help others in need. This is why I not only ask you as his one of his coworkers to help but as his friend!
