Greetings, my name is Carla and as some of you now know, I was recently laid off from my baking job only to then receive a diagnosis of cancer two weeks later. I'm fortunate in that the cancer cells don't appear to have spread to other organs. Unfortunately, I received this diagnosis on the same day I was to start a new baking job.

And now, in three days from now, I must undergo a surgical procedure costing over 56,000 dollars. The good news is that I'm currently only responsible for a little over 3,000 in medical bills.

And so, I'm reaching out to family, friends, and associates to help in any way you can as I go through this surgery and recovery journey. Every dime is greatly appreciated. I'm so grateful for all of the well wishes, encouragements, health info, and love. I believe that the Creator will see me through, and I'm optimistic that all will go well during and after surgery.
