Help get new teeth

For those who don't know already, I had an accident in Bali, November last year. I spent over 6 weeks in Perth hospital before being transferred to Sydney.  As a result I was left with a La Forte III fracture to the face, breaking most of my upper face and leaving me with the loss of 5 bottom teeth. In replace of my teeth I currently have a plate  that has been made (waited over 5 months for).  The next step is to get  teeth implants placed in. Unfortunately this is an expensive procedure, one that Maddie and I do not have the money to cover the cost.

We have been quoted around the $12000 mark for the teeth implants and this is where we reach out to the help and support of those that can lend a hand. 

Due to the injury I have been unable to attend work for the majority of this year -  recently I have started casual teaching when and where I can. 

 Any additional money raised will help to cover any future surgeries / medical expenses! We appreciate any and all support that we get offered and endeavour to get as close to the mark as we can to help support our next move forward.
