Josh's Medical Fund

On Oct 4 Josh fell 30 feet off a ladder while cleaning windows.  Josh shattered his T8 vertebrea, fractured his T7 and T9 and has trauma to his spinal cord. He is  paralyzed from the waist down.  
On Oct 6th Josh underwent a 6 hr surgery to stabilize his spine.  The neuosurgeon inserted a steel rod from his T6-T10 vertebrae.  He is recovering well from that surgery.  
We are preparing for the fact that Josh may be a parapalegic for the rest of his life. 
After a 1.5 week hospitalization Josh was tranferred to CarePartners an inpatient rehabilitation facility in Asheville NC.  
Josh is an amazing father to a beautiful 4 yr old boy who is very scared right now and of course doesn't really understand what's going on.
Josh is a very active person who runs daily, weight trains, and coaches his son's soccer team.  We pray he will get back to all that some day!
Josh will have a long recovery in front of him and we are asking for donations to provide for his son's needs, medical bills and  daily living expenses.
Josh's  maternal aunt, Sarah Betsy Lever,  has been authorized to manage his donations in her name but will not be handling the withdrawls. She will deliver the funds via PayPal as they have agreed.
