Help my nephew recover his eyesight

Hello! Thank you so much for checking out my campaign. My name is Peggy, and I've started this campaign in an effort to help my nephew receive the appropriate medical care that he needs.
Zhackary lives in the Philippines with his mom and dad.
When Zhackary was 1 year old, he was diagnosed with Kawasaki Disease. He received IV Globulin treatments, and was on a 6 month regimen of aspirin maintenance. During this time, he was also suffering from asthma attacks. The family was unable to afford appropriate followup after this initial round of treatment, and it is only recently that they discovered that some of his current medical issues are likely complications resulting from the Kawasaki Disease.
Zhackary is currently 8 years old. Last year, in June 2015, he was able to be evaluated by an eye doctor where he was diagnosed with Uveitic Cataract in his right eye, and blurred vision in his left eye. They were scheduled to perform surgery on his right eye, but they were not able to finance the operation, so it was canceled. My cousin, Mark (Zhackary's father), noticed that his son had difficulty breathing both when he was awake and asleep. When he's asleep he snores heavily and has periods of apnea, which can be seen in the video below. Just this March 2016, they were able to take him to a doctor where he was diagnosed with Grade IV Tonsil Enlargement. The doctors recommended he undergo an adenotonsillectomy which is tentatively scheduled for April 12, 2016, pending payment.
The adenotonsillectomy is the most urgent need at this time. This surgery will cost the family $1,500 out of pocket. After he has recovered from this surgery, they hope to complete the surgery for his uveitic cataract as well, and this has been estimated to cost around $2,500.
