Diagnosed with devastating cancer above the right eye in July 15 2016. Since then I have had 18 surgeries and 33 Radiation treatments. This resulted in a large open wound down to the skull. Because my right eye doesn't close at all I received Cornea damage and am now legally blind in the right eye and had to have the eye stitched closed.
On July 25 I had surgery #18. The surgery was 11 1/2 long and was to take a large flap and vein from right thigh and close the open wound on my forehead and attach the vein to my neck for Blood flow to the transplanted flap I was in ICU for 4 days and a total of 7 days in the hospital. During this surgery they discovered 7 additional tumors.
On August 21st I am scheduled to go through 6 more weeks of 5 days per week radiation and 6 weeks of chemotherapy. After that I face a minimum of 10 more surgeries.
I am unable to work and have no income because I am in the 3rd month of a 9 month process to be declared disabled.
