Help my partner's relatives rebuild their lives

My name is Bill and I am fundraising for my partner, Kim, in Dumaguete City, the capital city of Negros Oriental, the eastern side of Negros Island, about one hour 20 minutes flying time south-east of Manila. His mother's relatives live in Tayasan in the same province, just up the coast from Dumaguete, where I lived for two years until the end of July.  Kim spent part of his childhood in Tayasan which was at the epicentre of supertyphoon Odette, which struck on Friday, destroying buildings and making many people homeless with services rendered inoperative. You can see here the photo of one destroyed home belonging to one of Kim's relatives. His aunt lives nearby and her house is completely destroyed just like this one. Nowhere in the region of Visayas escaped the wrath of the supertyphoon. I am asking you to consider making a donation for Kim's relatives and their communities in and around the city of Tayasan. Initially, they need water, food, shelter, and money. Above all, they need services such as electricity and the internet to be up and running. That is going to take months to rectify due to trees falling on power lines. In normal times, many barely survive on the poverty line. This catastrophe will have set them back for a very long time. Filipinos are renowned for their resilience in the face of adversity but they are now in desperate need of a helping hand. Could you seriously consider a donation, however small, to my GOFUNDME account? I know it will be greatly appreciated. I will post more photos so that you can see the extent of the damage. Just imagine losing everything when you are struggling to make ends meet as it is. Where do you start? One thing is clear. You will require help over the short, medium, and long term.
