Harvey Flooding

Houston was devastated by the flooding brought on by Hurricane Harvey. Phil Dickerson, my dad has been living in this house for 24 years. Never during this time was there ever a drop of water in or near the house, until August 27, 2017 where the house would eventually get up to almost 4 feet of standing water. Our house is not in a flood zone therefore flood insurance is not enforced. My dad would never ask for a dime, however the only reason this account was created is because amazing friends and family insist on helping rebuild the house our family has lived in for over 20 years.
