My Dad has colon cancer

Please help me in supporting our wonderful friend Regina in this time of her family's need.  She selflessly cares for others and was really hesitant about reaching out for help for herself and her family.  Any little bit can help.  Thank you!

My dad was recently diagnosed with colon cancer and it has been a rough road so far.  He's had multiple surgeries and unfortunately had some complications as well.  He's required home health nursing care despite having no insurance.  Due to his illness he was forced into early retirement and right now his Medi-Cal is still pending.  My parents financial situation is pretty bad now that my dad can't work. We are hopeful his  disability insurance will get approved for his future care but that takes time.  He's starting chemotherapy next week and even though its really scary we're hoping for the best.
