Monk In need of medical care

Hello everyone, most of you know my medical situation. I had a major spinal surgery that went bad which has caused a great deal of cost I had not planned for. I have  two jobs which  neither I can do right now, and mounting medical bills are threatening to put the temple in dissolution.My main concern is the surgeon's required payment since there may need to be more work, and no one will touch me under the circumstances. I still owe the surgeon $2,500. Not to mention the hospital and other doctors. My wife's and my income places us above the 21,000 you can can make to qualify for medicaid (pays the 20% insurance does not). This surgery, I was told I would be able to do light duty at 4-8 weeks and full duty at 6 months turned out to me much more severe. Mistakes were made on the OR Table I was in a coma for two weeks (incubated) due to severe blood loss and kidney failure. Things have have changed in so many ways. Without the sangha's gifts we would not even have heat tight now. I know I will always be okay and things will change (heal) but, I have a family and a sangha to care for. Our temple serves as our home, it has always been that way since my vow. It has its blessings and deficits. I have no 401k, no sabbatical, no disability. This is when being monk and father becomes complicated. Some abbots get benifits but, very view running small temples do. It truly is a matter of charity. I just need to get though these next few months and I stave off bankruptcy and dissolution until I can work again. It has only been four months and recovery is 6-12 months. If you can help please do, if you have, my debt is great. Charity is not religious but  human and the benifits are bestowed on both.
