Help the COVID Lonely Connect - iPads Needed.

I'm a thirteen year old who wants to help connect the lonely. It was heartbreaking to hear about a teammate's Nana. Any donation is appreciated.
Nothing is lonelier than healing alone. Dying alone. Not being able to connect with an isolated family member critically ill with COVID-19.
iPads provide a connection. A smile. Sharing of the day. A confirmation of progress. Some comfort. Maybe news of a new puppy. Tears. Laughter. Familiar faces.
The hospital near my school only had one iPad for all its patients. No isolated and ailing patient should have to wait to connect.
Please help me raise money so all our local hospitals have enough iPads to end the loneliness.
One iPad and case costs $387 – not much for something as powerful as a hug. Please help me reach my goal of donating 10 iPads – ten more opportunities for those alone to connect and heal together.
Devastating news came on March 17th to the biggest cheerleader of my sister’s basketball team. Our teammate’s Nana was positive for COVID-19. After two scary weeks on a ventilator and lots and lots of prayers, the family could not wait to say hello… but the hospital only had one iPad. They had to wait two agonizing days to share a smile and celebrate Nana’s miraculous progress together.
And now there is lots to celebrate. Nana tested negative for the virus yesterday and today is her birthday!!! Hooray!!!
