Surgery for our dog

Our Dog Padme is a 8 year old German Shepard Husky mix. And we just recently heard she has a torn Ligament (ACL) in her left back leg. We are not sure how she was injured. We do know she is in alot of pain and has to get around on 3 legs. (She is on a small dose of pain medication to help ease some pain). We were referred to a specialist.  But the surgery for her is more then we can afford. I recently lost my job to COVID. So money is hard to come by with only my fiancee working.   Even just a small donation will help us so much. And we would appreciate it more then you know.  We love our dog so much. I am heart broken. And I feel like i failed her as her human not being able to get her the surgery right away. We can't do this alone. And we aren't people to ask for help or anything from others.
