Sean Gibbons Burial Fund
Donation protected
Please help the Gibbons family!! A truly amazing person, my uncle, passed away 7-13-2015. As a child, Uncle Sean was a survivor of a horrible apartment fire. He tried to save his sister and her baby but couldn't get to them. Ever since, his life has been riddled with survivors guilt. After that ill fated day, on numerous occasions, he has asked his friends and family to make a promise and make sure he is not cremated "burned". Collectively, the family does not have enough funds to give him a proper burial! Just as important is to make sure his children have a chance to see him and say goodbye.. I lost my dad 10 years ago at the very young age of 41, his sister Kelley joined him in Heaven just 29 days later at the age of 45. now, their baby brother, at a young age as well, (49) has gone to join his loved one's in heaven. Gone much too soon, Uncle Sean truly had the biggest heart of anyone I've ever known, and his is a true soldier for Christ. He was tormented with pain and guilty feelings his whole life and all he ever wanted since that day is to have a proper burial. The reality of not seeing my dad one last time to say good bye, still haunts me. I don't want his children to live with that same heartache, so if I could do anything at all for my Uncle Sean and his children it would be to grant his only wish in life and also give his children the opportunity that I didn't get. To see him, to say good bye.
Please help me, and my family help them. we are all asking for help from our family and friends and others that are touched by his story. Click the link to help and please share this with everyone on your facebook friends list. Time is an urgent issue! We have until Thursday morning to reach our goal. Through other donations from friends, our goal has lessened but we still fall short, but by $2500 now.. Any amount, big or small, will make a difference! Thank you for taking the time to read this!
