For the past two months, I have been his sole support, taking him to numerous hospitals and clinics in a desperate search for answers. His small savings and pension have been completely exhausted by four hospital stays and multiple clinic visits.

A doctor has issued a "Fit to Fly" certificate, and the British Embassy has arranged for his admission into a healthcare facility upon his arrival in the UK. However, there's a critical gap in this plan: David is too weak to fly alone and requires a medical assistant to accompany him. The embassy is unable to provide this assistance.
