Our handsome man, Zappurr has been diagnosed with Immune-mediated hemolytic anemia (IMHA)- a autoimmune disease where his red blood cells are attacking themselves. His blood panel is indicating he's anemic and vets have recommended a blood transfusion and overnight hospitalizations to stabilize him. This will be an ongoing fight for lil Zappurr, but he's a tough guy. Any donations will be used to cover emergency hospitalizations, frequent bloodpanels he will require, diagnosis fees to find out underlying conditions, medications, and any additional veterinary appointments or support he may require on this journey.
