I am a personal chef and caterer, ready to make the leap of faith into the food truck restaurant business. My passion is creating food, desserts and drinks that bring absolute pleasure to those tasting them.
My love for creating gourmet dishes, reinventing classics, and cooking comfort foods with my own twist will shine through in this venture. I will customize the look and function of my restaurant-on-wheels, and serve a lobster-centered menu.
This mobile restaurant is dedicated to the memory of my daughter, Zanobia, who was born prematurely and did not survive. She is a precious part of me taken too soon, as well as my inspiration for success.
