Zack Collie Wheelchair Friendly Van

On Memorial Day (5-31-10) then 15 year old Zack Collie ran into the ocean to body surf with friends, dove into a wave hitting a sand bar and breaking his neck with spinal cord damage. Zack was instantly paralyzed leaving him a C-4 quadriplegic. Zack is now in his second semester as a sophomore at Cal State Fullerton, and lives on campus with his care giver as well as his service dog Sedona maintaining a B average!
This year’s 4th ANNUAL St. Patty's Day Fundraiser we are focusing on raising money for a new wheelchair accessible van. If you cannot make the event but would like to donate please do so here or you may also donate directly to the family by contacting me. Donations will also go towards ongoing Physical Therapy. I have attached some great videos of Zack when he took his first "steps", his high school graduation where he "walked" to get his diploma as well as his PT and you can also hear from the family on the injury first hand.
