Zach Punty's Medical Fund

Zach Punty, 26, was a passenger with his girlfriend Natalie, 21, on Sunday, the 5th of November when a suspected drunk driver going eastbound in a Dodge Journey SUV veered into their lane, crossed double-yellow lines and slammed into their westbound Toyota head-on.  Natalie was pronounced dead at the scene while Zach was air lifted to the hospital.

Zach has been in the hospital in critical condition while his family is pulling and praying for Zach to recover fully from his multiple injuries including brain trauma.  Please help us raise fund to help cover Zach's hospital expenses with whatever you can afford.
