Florence Devestates Young Marine

Hello, my name is Mary McCall, I am the Grandmother of Zachary McCall. Zachary is a Corporal in the United States Marine Corp stationed at Camp Lejeune, NC. He has a 10 month old baby girl, her name is Alice.
We have been worried sick for the last few days about my Grandson, and his family during this horrible Hurricane Florence that hit New Bern North Carolina. Zachary’s family has been devastated from this storm.
Marine Corporal Zachary McCall, and his family are fortunate to have endured Hurricane Florence with their life, along with his dog and loyal companion Kimber. The flooding continues to be a risk, his power has been out for 4 days now and he has no idea when it will be back on.
Zachary, and Kimber waited out the hurricane and flood waters on the 2nd story of his home (his family evacuated). Zachary also opened his home for his neighbors seeking higher ground, his neighbors were able to hunker down on the 2nd floor of his home keeping them safe from the rising water.
The flooding in his home was catastrophic, water inundated the first floor.
His home, and property sustained significant damage. Zachary has lost all of his furnishings, along with his car.
Zachary, and his family along with Kimber will need to piece together what they have lost, and they will need all the help they can to get back on their feet.
The cost will be tremendous.
Any donations would be greatly appreciated, and will go towards helping this young Marine and his family get their life and home back.
