<div> U julu 2022. godine operativno je lečen adrenokortikalni karcinom koji je uklonjen u celosti, nakon čega je stanje redovno praćeno.

<div>Zbog rane manifestacije adrenokortikalnog karcinoma učinjen je pregled genetičara i u julu 2024. godine dokazan je Li Fraumeni sindrom- redak genetski poremećaj koji povećava rizik da će neka osoba ili članovi njene porodice oboleti od maligne bolesti.

<div>U maju 2025. godine Jana postaje pospanija, a roditelji primećuju da zaostaje desni ugao usana, kao i da dolazi do paralize desne strane lica, ruke i noge. Dijagnostikovan je tumor mozga, iznad šatora mozga (D43.0 Neoplasma cerebri supratentoriale).

<div>Operativno je lečena neuroradiološki verifikovana ekspanzivna promena u projekciji levog talamusa i okolnih struktura na odeljenju neurohirurgije UKCS.

<div>S obzirom da je u pitanju redak karcinom nastao genskom mutacijom TP-53 potrebno je da Jana što pre nastavi lečenje na klinici u inostranstvu.

<div>S obzirom da ovaj vid lečenja iziskuje visoke troškove koje porodica nije u mogućnosti da samostalno obezbedi mole se svi ljudi dobre volje da pomognu svojim donacijama.
