Please help boots

Hi this is boots and I have recent found and rescued her at around 5 weeks old she is now between 7 and 8 weeks.. she's quite ill with cat flu and needs medication to help.. she is also due her injections and microchip.. if anyone could help save this little cutie I would really appreciate it... also any donations of cat food and toys will be greatly appreciated
