Our brother was a healthy, vibrant young father; devoted to his wife and overflowing with love for their 3-year-old son.

<div>On Monday, September 22, he fell ill with what seemed like a simple stomach virus. By Wednesday, still feeling unwell, I (Nelson) took him to the doctor. He was sent home with instructions to rest, and no further treatment was provided.

<div>Just 15 hours later, the unimaginable happened.

<div>He collapsed in the washroom. His wife, helpless and terrified, called 911. More than 40 mins passed before paramedics arrived. By then, his condition had rapidly deteriorated, leading to multiple organ failure. Despite their efforts and a quick rush to the hospital, nothing could be done to save him.

<div>Now, his wife faces this devastating loss while trying to raise their young son, who just started junior kindergarten. She is suddenly the sole provider, carrying not only heartbreak but the overwhelming weight of financial responsibility. The road ahead feels daunting: covering daily expenses, maintaining stability for their son, setting aside funds for his education and preserving the future his father dreamed of.
