The Move

Here goes: together with my partner for 37 years, married for the last six months of his life.  Alzheimer's Dementia.  Wiped out by medical costs.  Recently discovered the house we'd lived in all these years was sold at auction.  Facing homelessness.  Scrambling to both empty contents of house so as to sell what little there is while trying to find a new place to live.  I'm doing my level best NOT to give in to despair because I'm physically healthy and, like the kid in Annie, believe in the sun coming out tomorrow, or at least a crocus or two.  I'm a filmmaker, writer and director of comedy and am most definitely living one, however dark.  I need to forge a new path forward and I have the will to survive.   I need the funds ASAP so as to facilitate the move, keep on the move until I land a gig (and if anyone could help or has any suggestions), keep the heat on till I leave here, keep the wolf from the door (he's definitely out there), and, quite simply, keep going.
