Samantha's Crucial Cancer Treatment

Samantha was diagnosed with Hodgkin's lymphoma in 2010. Hodgkin's lymphoma is a rare form of cancer that affects the lymphatic system. Sufferers of this rare form of cancer have compromised immune systems and are, therefore, more susceptible to common viral illnesses.  

Her battle with this deadly cancer has been a long one. Medications and radiation treatments have helped to reduce the cancer's intensity. However, without special treatment, Samantha may not be alive for much longer. There is a special treatment in the United States that she needs to get, but the cost of the treatment is prohibitive.

As her former batchmates and people who care greatly about her, the members of the Manchester High School Class of 2016 are attempting to raise at least half of the cost of this critical treatment. The full cost of the treatment is 3000 USD, but we hope to raise at least 4000USD to cover both her treatment and transportation expenses.
