<div>This story is about my families 7 year old black lab Louie, or as we like to call him “Goose”!

<div>We got Louie from Lucy Mackenzie Humane Society as a 15 week old puppy! Louie has always been a goofy and crazy boy and he’s such a big part of our lives! He definitely is the heart and soul of our little family! But lately he hasn’t been feeling like himself and that was a tell tale sign something had to be wrong.

<div>My family and I have been informed that our 7 year old black lab has to undergo an exploratory surgery to remove three foreign objects from his stomach and intestines. This surgery comes with a hefty cost that even with all of us coming together can’t cover! The vet’s informed us that if we can’t come up with the money for his surgery soon or if he doesn’t pass them on his on, it comes down to the quality of life! This made that cost feel so much heavier! Our boy is still so young and he still has his puppy spark! This news is definitely hard to swallow!

<div>I’m not asking for your pity but I am asking, please help our boy!! Any little bit helps put us one step closer to getting him the surgery he needs. All of the money raised goes to his surgery and recovery! Our boy is so loving and he’s such a joyful soul not only for our household but for everyone around us! Our boy is loved by so many others in our small community!
