Help me pursue my dream

I’m Genelle, a mother to a 2 year old, a prospective rotaractor as well as a active member in my community. Growing up I always wanted to attend college, I did well in school but sadly my parents didn’t have the resources to allow that to happen. I started working with the aim to save for school but due to impact of the recent COVID-19 pandemic I was laid off and quickly depleted my savings. I was accepted into The University of the West Indies, Cave hill, Barbados, after realizing that I would be unable to attain a loan from the bank I decided to try to raise the funds, I am scheduled to start in August of 2020.. The amount set would pay for all my expenses including boarding as well my tuition .
Getting my degree would be the greatest gift to me because it would allow me to provide the very best life for my son and myself as well as breaking a generational set back to be one of the first females to attend college in my family!
