Give Jacques A Chance to Walk

Hi everyone.  My dog, Jacques, was born in October of 2008 and has been with my family for nearly seven years.  He is a sweet dog and greets everyone with a warm welcome.  
This morning, which happens to be my birthday, I woke up to learn that around 12:30 am Jacques' hind legs suddenly became paralyzed.  It came out of nowhere, and while he still has mobility in his front legs, he is unable to walk.  He is currently in the hospital and my family is working with the veterinarian to decide the best treatment option for Jacques.  Any assistance to help with costs associated with his treatment is greatly appreciated.  My family loves Jacques more than anything and to see him walk again would be the best birthday present I could ask for.
