Tango needs life saving surgery

I have a very special horse that is in need of a complicated life saving surgery. Tango is at NC state veterinary hospital and they can do the surgery and save his life. But the costs to get to this point have already exceeded my limitations and continue to climb. ..... This is beyond hard for me to do as I am the type that never likes to ask for help but always want to offer or give help. I am alone on Raleigh without even a change of clothes or normal items when one travels.
Truly , this is the only way to save his life at this point so I'm going to try.

This very special horse came to me 4 years ago after one of the toughest events in my life. The sudden and unexpected death of my sister Parris. Her death ripped a hole in my heart and my life that I never thought I could heal from. I was beyind consumed with grief. She was my sister amd my best friend. I felt with sever depression and also multi other sicknesses as a result.
And then in walked this giant of a horse to fill it the hole in my heart. HER HORSE Tango Mio

Parris had left him to me. She had asked that I take him and treat him as my own and love him as she had
. She was clear that she wanted him in a home with love and with someone who would spoil and cherish him as much as she did. She wanted him with me and her nieces and nephew who adore Tango also.

Tango had been her entire world and her source of true happiness and now he was mine. He is the only thing I have left of her , he is my connection to her. Tango is the main reason I survived losing her.
I would not of without him as my emotional anchor and link to her through all the grief and healing.

I am stubborn and have been trying to handle this all on my own. But the reality is I am at my limit. Filled with emotions and scared and unable to proceed without help.

Due to my own major health issues over the last year which have cost thousands and thousands I am at my beyond my breaking point.
I have even postponed a much needed dental surgery (for myself) that was set for this week in order to give this special horse a fighting chance.

So many emotions & negative thoughts running rampant inside my head and I feel so guilty I can not so more. ... But .. .Talking to my family and friends has helped and some have asked how they can help save Tango .

.I struggle to write this , I keep crying. This horse is beyond special to me ...

.and I NEED help to save him , to pay for a special surgery and medications and all his possible post surgical care.

A brief explanation of Tango's situation (from my very tired and non medical brain) :
He started having sever & extremely unusual nose bleeding and within a few hours his condition was considerably worse. Our amazing local vet determined he was in life threatening distress and had to be transported ro Emergency clinic at NC State Vet Hospital for any chance to save his life.
His nose was still bleeding upon arrival at NC state Tue evening. Many tests and exams and procedures ensued.
Dr.s here are amazing and doing everything they can. This is a highly unusual case in how it's presenting and Dr.s and Surgeons at state are proceeding with extreme caution as far as his treatments. Tango was stabilized as that was key before they could proceed further .
Fast forward to now, an extreamly large mass of unknown origin/consistency has been found inside his sinus cavity and nasal passage. . It is completely restricting ALL air flow on the Left side and is unlike just about anything they have seen. They have ruled out a few things , but still have not found the exact origin of the extensive bleeding. So , they took biopsy via a surgical procedure which involved drilling a hole through the bone in his face so they could scope inside above the mass to learn more about the mass and determine if it can be removed at all and also still trying to find the source of the bleeding that lasted well over 30 hours.

Tango can be saved , buy he needs an extensive and expensive surgery that will involve drilling holes into his skull to relieve the pressure that is causing him a lot of pain and distress and Also cutting through bone on his face and creating a flap to get to sinus cavity so the surgeons can remove the mass, any infection or cyst and the damaged tissue. This should stop the bleeding and open the airway back up. And in time he will heal.
Basically this is all needed to save his life.
