Help My Sister Escape An Abuser

I believe the purpose of gofundme is to help others.  But my sister is the one in desperate need of help.  She is the victim of repeated domestic physical abuse.  After splitting with her husband of 20 years and enetering a new relationship, one that proved to be physically, emotionally, and mentally abusive.  The photo I have attached to my gofundme page was taken 30 days AFTER her last assault - this photo shows only one of the bruises.  There were many injuries.  She has a protective order in place, but that is just a piece of paper.  He is constantly violating the order and yet can't get caught in the act to be put back in jail.  She is desperate to move to keep her and her children safe. She has exhausted all her funds in medical bills from the repeated attacks as every one of them has landed her in the hospital.  She is raising money for a deposit and first months rent on a new place and to cover the expenses of moving.  She lives paycheck to paycheck.  She  has called upon so many victims rights resources and the time it takes to get any financial help is too long.  Time is of the essence.  The perpertratior was found guilty of assault with a deadly weapon and given 8 years.  However, after only 5 months, he was paroled.  The bruises, broken bones black eye, swollen lip and golf ball size lump on her head have faded but the attack happens to her every time she closes her eyes.   She is afraid for her life.  She is afraid for her children.  She comes home from work, Locks herself in her bedroom, dosen't turn on any lights, and don't make any noises.  She has cameras and sits in bed every minute she is home looking at them - waiting for him to show up again.  She can not move on; she is going insane with fear. She can't sleep or eat.  She  has lost two jobs over this because she can't focus.  She's paralized knowing he is out there and he knows where she is at. She  just can not stay in this house.  The attack happened in her house days after our father passed away. The aftermath of the attack is evident by the damage that was caused to the house.  She can't afford to get house back to normal - where there would be no sign anymore that she was brutally attacked there.  She is reminded of it everyday she go into her kitchen where the worst of it would happen.  She is so scared that he will kill her.  Please help her get enough together to assist her with the deposit, 1st months rent, transfer of utilities, and moving expenses. If she dosen't  move and disappear, her  life may end.  She has asked my church for help, She has sold some of her belongings to try and get enough together to make this happen.  And she just can't do it.  God, our Father, is all she has now.  She believes.  Her chains have been broken and she has been set free from this monster.  Her constant fear for her life is keeping her from living.  Please help her if you can.   Blessings to you all and thank you for your time.
