Hi, my name is Michael B. Judkins, creative residing in Allentown, PA. I'm a storyteller and creator that focuses on realistic stories, ideas, and content that brings people together and leaves you with a message of empowerment and strength. And, of course, representing the beauty of diversity in Film and telling stories that are relatable and foster growth in the community.
Currently, I'm fundraising for my upcoming short film titled, " The Brother I Didn't Know."
A boy ( Troy) grew up in the inner city, with his younger brother (Sam) parents,( John/Mary) grandparents (Mr/Mrs. Davis), and their two dogs. The boy enters a middle school where he meets new friends. David, the 6th grader, Mike, the 6th grader And, Liz, the smart, funny, always in trouble, 6th grader. The boy discovers that an 8th grader (William) resembles him. Students also notice conflict arise when the 8th grader starts to prank, stir up trouble, and impose on the 6th grader due to looking the same. Until, the lunch lady, Wanda, starts to talk to the boys, separately and together at times. And, she starts to tell a tale of lust, romance, and hidden secrets when the boys attend their lunch periods. The boys eventually start talking and discover their parents are hiding a big secret of infidelity, Mistrust, and secrets.
Now, that you have a sense of the project, what will the funds be used for? Great question, all funds raised will be used to pay Cast and Crew some compensation for lending their talents to the arts. In addition to, providing meals for Cast and Crew, and props needed for the production.
Every dime, quarter, and dollar counts for creators to create!
2 Dollars to Donate is the key! So, what will you gain from donating to the fundraiser? Here's the breakdown:
- Donate $2 to $50- Will receive an invite to the screening of the Short Film when Completed.
- Donate $50 to $100 - Will receive an invite to the screening when the film is completed and will be included in the end credits under the Special Thanks section.
- Donate $100 and up-Will receive an invite to screening and will be included in the end credits as Associate Producers of the project. Great IMDB credit!
