<div>Our family is reaching out on behalf of Serena Rodabaugh, a devoted single mom of two girls, who has been through so much these past few years. Despite working full-time as a medical assistant and doing everything she can to support her children, Serena has faced years of misdiagnoses that left her with overwhelming medical debt before finally receiving the answers she desperately needed. She has now been diagnosed with Nutcracker Syndrome and Pelvic Congestion Syndrome and is scheduled for a kidney autotransplant surgery this coming January.

<div>This surgery offers hope, but it also brings heavy financial challenges. Serena must travel from Wyoming to Colorado for testing, surgery, and a two-week recovery stay—on top of missing work and continuing to juggle garnishments from past medical bills. She has carried so much on her own for so long, but right now, she needs the support of her community.
