Jax Hathaway Diabetes Fund

Donation protected
Last week my daughter Chelsea started noticing that her 4 year old son, and my grandson, Jax Ryder was not acting himself. He was very tired, not eating, losing weight and sleeping a lot. She took him to the family doctor to see what was going on.  Once they got to the doctos office the nurses and doctor could not figure out what was wrong. Finally, after being in the doctors office for an hour they decided to check his blood sugar. Jaxs blood sugar was at 600. (100 which is normal) The Doctor informed Chelsea and Clay that this was serious and they would be sending them straight to the ER.

Once they got to the ER, they were told that they would be airvacing Jax straight down to Phoenix Childrens Hospital. After hours in the ER and test after test Jax was diagnosed with TYPE 1 DIABETES. Clay and Chelsea were completely shocked and could not believe how fast their life was changing.

Jax is such an awesome boy who loves playing sports and being active. He has been so tough through this whole experience. He has just been released from the hospital and is doing better. He is just thankful to be home! Chelsea and Clay did not have health insurance for Jax and are under a lot of pressure as to how they will handle this. Please keep the Hathaway Family in your prayers and any donations for Jax are greatly appreciated. They are so greatful for all the support they have had through this.
