<div>Sharing this is incredibly hard for me, and it took a lot of time, prayer, and reflection to even find the words. On April 30th, 2025—just one day before I was induced to welcome my beautiful baby boy into the world on May 2nd—I was diagnosed with breast cancer.

<div>I had every intention of returning to work and continuing my third semester of nursing school this August after maternity leave. But with this unexpected diagnosis and the road of treatment ahead, I may not be able to work or physically attend school as planned.
</div>

</div>
<div>As many of you know, I’ve always been a go-getter and a jack of all trades—I find a way to provide no matter what. And I’ll continue to do what I can. But the coming months will be challenging. With my husband by my side every step of the way, there will be times when he may also have to miss work to support me and care for our newborn.
</div>

</div>
<div>Through it all, I’m keeping my faith strong. I truly believe that God doesn’t give us anything we can’t handle, and I trust that this journey is in His hands.
